The Role
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a high-potential Investment Advisor for a full-time, on-site position in Thessaloniki. This is not a conventional consulting role limited to theoretical reporting. You will be actively involved in deal structuring, investor negotiations, and end-to-end execution for real-world investment projects ranging from €5m to €160m.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning, creating investment strategies, and offering advisory services for both individual and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing tailored investment strategies and financial planning solutions.
- Structuring high-value funding frameworks involving the Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF), the Greek Development Law (L.4887/2022), and bank financing.
- Conducting comprehensive investment research, financial market analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Managing cross-border deals with international investors across Europe, the USA, India, and Australia.
- Enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional advisory services and ongoing relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in investment consulting, corporate finance, or wealth management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, business planning, and investment strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with acute problem-solving abilities and strict attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages is highly beneficial.
