Special Update: The “Key to Progress” Initiative (ESPA 2021–2027)
Cultural professionals operating as businesses in the Region of Central Macedonia may now benefit from the existing financial tool. This initiative strengthens existing SMEs – including those in performing arts, culture, services, and tourism. The program supports productive investments and integration into international value chains, helping transform and diversify the regional creative economy.
Eligible Expenditure Categories include:
- Energy-Saving and Mechanical Equipment (min. 15% of grant)
- Buildings, Facilities & Surroundings (up to 70%)
- Service Provision (consulting, design, software)
- Software & Licensing (up to 40%)
- Promotion, Marketing & Networking (up to 20%)
