The President’s New Year’s reception traditionally took place on the Griebnitzsee campus. At
this high-profile event, the President looked back and informed about the challenges and
tasks of the university in the new year. The guests included, in addition to the staff of the
University of Potsdam, numerous personalities from politics, business, science, and culture.
